EastEnders co-stars Danny Dyer and Kellie Bright joked around after winning the Best Partnership Award at the Inside Soap Awards for their characters Mick and Linda Carter – but it sounds like things may have gone a little too far as Kellie celebrated the win.
In a video posted to Kellie's Twitter, the pair excitedly thanked fans for sending votes their way. Danny spoke to the camera saying, "you're so lovely all of you and we never take it for granted." Kellie agreed to say the two were "genuinely chuffed".
Just as Danny was about to reveal the award, he went on to reveal that "unfortunately she's forgot it".
The reason why? Danny covered that one, too. "She was, how can I put it... She was battered last night," he teased.
Kellie excused herself and attempted to clear things up too, "I wouldn't say lost, I'd say forgot."
The two giggled over the mishap, as Danny happily explained "she was celebrating!"

The rest of the cast of EastEnders had a similarly successful evening, taking home the Best Show-Stopper gong for Shakil and Keegan's stabbing attack.
Kellie has also spoken out since the night of the awards, calling for an end to the red carpet Best and Worst dressed lists that typically follow such events. The soap star suggested that women should be allowed to enjoy themselves in whatever they choose to wear.
Kellie's setting the example and definitely proving you can have fun at awards shows in other ways!
