EastEnders' troubled teen Bobby Beale was left devastated tonight (September 12) after making a shocking discovery about his dad Ian, one that led him to take drastic action.
As viewers know, Bobby has recently been suffering with unsettling hallucinations of his dead sister Lucy, and in tonight's scenes, an oblivious Rainie made matters much worse.
Rainie was enjoying winding up Bobby, but their argument took a bitter turn when she revealed the truth about her night with Ian years ago.
Back in 2014, Ian paid Rainie for sex on the night of Lucy's death, a decision that's haunted him ever since.
Distraught after learning the truth, Bobby turned to his new friend Max for support. But still disgusted with his father, Bobby ended up throwing a bucket of water over him and stormed off.
Later on, Ian caught Bobby as he prepared to leave their family home and pleaded with him to stay. Despite agreeing not to leave, Bobby was still tormented by the truth and his sister's voice inside his head.

Struggling to cope, Bobby began to douse the house in petrol. The episode then ended on a major cliffhanger as Max tried to break the door down while Bobby stood with a lighter in his hand.
