Keanu discovers that Phil is still involved with dodgy business contacts. When Phil refuses to put a stop to this, Keanu tries to take matters into his own hands, but this backfires when Phil threatens him publicly at the Queen Vic.
Later, Sharon accidentally lets slip to Ben about how Phil has changed his will so that Keanu will get the inheritance rather than him. Ben is furious and demands that Keanu meets him at The Arches.
Phil's eventful day continues when Kat drunkenly mocks him at the pub over the stolen money. He responds by taking Kat outside and threatening Tommy.
As a day of tension catches up with Phil, he finds himself in a fight and ends up seriously injured.
Meanwhile, Martin is reluctant to spend time with Stacey on his birthday and ends up drinking with Kush and Kat at the Queen Vic instead. Stacey isn't happy over this and tensions continue to rise between the couple.
Elsewhere, Stuart wonders where to take Rainie when she agrees to a date, Bobby offers to help Ian at the restaurant, and Bernadette finds Karen on a date with Caren.
