Coronation Street spoilers follow.

Next week's Coronation Street will see Ryan struggle with the reality of his injuries, while Faye is torn between Craig and Jackson. Meanwhile, Beth crosses the line with Marco.

Here's a look at 12 big moments hitting your screens.

1. Ryan declares his love for Alya

When Daisy decides that she can't face attending the plea hearing, Daniel goes without her and is stunned when Justin pleads not guilty.

Daisy is shocked by the news and decides to let Ryan and Alya know at the hospital. Ryan confesses he's terrified about having to relive his ordeal in court.

Alya reassures him and promises to be at his side every step of the way, prompting Ryan to admit that he loves her.

2. Ryan receives bad news about his injuries

In an attempt to boost Ryan's confidence, Daisy brings Crystal, the Ibiza club promoter, to visit him in hospital. Ryan is grateful to Daisy and thanks her for giving him something to focus on.

Ryan readies himself to look at his injuries for the first time. As Ryan finally views his injuries, the surgeon reveals that he isn't healing as well as they had hoped and will need a skin graft.

3. Ryan does a runner from hospital

Daisy and Carla are horrified when they enter Ryan's room and realise that he's missing, and his backpack is gone.

A search party is quickly organised, and Daisy and Carla are relieved to find him at the tram station. However, it's clear that he's traumatised after recent events.

Later, Daisy confides in Daniel that Crystal wants nothing to do with Ryan and worries how she'll break the news.

4. Ryan continues to struggle with his injuries

After his skin graft, Ryan receives the news that he's free to go home.

However, when he and Carla visit the canteen and Ryan witnesses a group of nurses giggling, he assumes that he's the subject of their laughter.

Later, a little girl runs into Ryan's room chasing her ball and stares at Ryan's face. The incident is another blow to Ryan who tells Alya he wants to be left alone.

5. Faye is torn between Craig and Jackson

Jackson and Miley visit the factory to see Faye, and she is touched when Craig reveals three tickets to the Weatherfield Giants basketball game. As they head to the tram stop, it's clear there is lingering tension between Faye and Jackson.

Later in the week, Faye and Jackson arrange to meet up for a drink after his interview but Faye lies to Craig and makes out that she is meeting a girlfriend instead.

6. Beth can't fight her feelings for Marco

Beth meets up with her ex, Marco, and agrees to go for a drink with him.

The pair flirt on the swings outside the precinct but it isn't long before Marco makes a move and kisses Beth.

Beth makes out to Kirk that she can't go to the meal he has booked for them as she has already agreed to meet some friends for a drink.

7. Faye and Beth catch each other out

With Faye and Beth both having made plans to secretly meet up with their former flames, they are horrified when they end up at the same hotel bar and realise what they're both up to.

Faye returns home and feels guilty when she finds Craig baking cookies with Tim and Miley.

Meanwhile, when Kirk discovers what Beth has been up to, he gives Beth the cold shoulder. Beth promises that she'll never see Marco again but Kirk refuses to forgive her.

8. Faye receives two different proposals

Faye is shocked when Jackson reveals that he has got a job down south and asks her to join him and Miley.

Later, Beth takes Faye to Victoria Street gardens, where a small crowd has gathered, including Jackson and Miley. Craig declares his love for Faye and asks her to marry him.

9. Roy has a health scare

ITV

Evelyn manages to persuade Roy to attend her salsa class, but things take a turn when Roy has chest pains in the middle of the lesson and makes a hasty exit.

Evelyn is unimpressed by Roy's disappearing act and later scolds him for abandoning her.

Roy makes an appointment with Dr Gaddas and explains that he has been feeling unwell and suffering chest pains. Roy reveals to Evelyn that Dr Gaddas is arranging some tests and she insists on accompanying him to the hospital.

10. Stu learns that Eliza is being bullied

Stu is shocked to discover that he may receive £200,000 compensation, but his excitement is short lived when he learns that Eliza is being bullied because her mum is in prison.

After a meeting at the school, Stu reveals to Yasmeen that the headteacher suggested Eliza may be better off at another school and decides to organise an interview at Oakhill.

Eliza confesses to Stu that she's not keen on the idea of Oakhill, and after a chat with Sam, reveals that she'd much rather attend Weatherfield High. Stu decides to forget about Oakhill and agrees to call Weatherfield High.

11. Paul awaits news of his tests

Billy suggests to Paul that they book a holiday after recent events and even offers to pay for it himself. Paul makes out that he's excited, hiding his concerns that he may be suffering from motor neurone disease.

Paul receives a call from his specialist, hoping that he'll finally receive news but when Billy returns home unexpectedly, Paul quickly ends the call.

12. Elaine is getting impatient with Stephen

Having hidden their engagement for several weeks now, Elaine puts pressure on Stephen to go public with their good news.

Stephen, who has recently been distracted by Rufus Donahue's blackmail attempts, tries to persuade Elaine that they should wait until they've moved into their new flat before telling everyone.
