Mel B has reportedly filed for divorce from husband Stephen Belafonte, after almost 10 years of marriage.
According to court documents obtained by E! News, the America's Got Talent judge filed for divorce on the grounds of "irreconcilable differences" on December 28 last year.
Digital Spy has reached out to Mel's representatives for comment.
Mel and Stephen tied the knot back in 2007 in Las Vegas, and they welcomed a daughter together, Madison, four years later in 2011.
Just last year, Mel hit back at rumours surrounding the couple's relationship, saying that they "will be together forever".

"My husband is my best friend and we know each other so well that we know what we are getting," the singer told The Mirror. "But there are always rumours we are splitting up."
She added: "Stephen is a bit crazy, but then I am a bit crazy, so it kind of evens itself out."
In 2013, both Mel and Stephen were forced to deny reports of a heated row, after Mel was forced to miss the live final of The X Factor when she served as a judge.
Labelling the rumours "disgusting", Stephen said: "I had nothing to do with hurting my wife. I did not touch Mel. I didn't hit her. I wasn't cheating or anything. There was no girl involved."
Mel also spoke out against the allegations, reassuring fans: "For the record my hubby never would lay a hand on me".
