Breckenridge regularly posts videos of her culinary skills on Instagram, with a video from last month showing her meeting up with Virgin River co-star Zibby Allen, who plays Brie Sheridan on the series.

The video showed Breckenridge with her daughter as they picked and cleaned mushrooms from the wilderness, which they would later use in a "freaking delicious" risotto that was cooked for the family and their guests.

Breckenridge isn't the only Virgin River star who recently unveiled a new hairdo, with Martin Henderson also showcasing a shorter style.

The actor, who plays Jack Sheridan on the show, shared a video originally posted by his hairdresser earlier this month.

The romance drama will return to screens next month with a fifth season, which will be split into two parts. The first batch, which will consist of 10 episodes, will drop on September 7, with the final two instalments airing on November 30.

The synopsis for the fifth season, which wrapped filming in November last year, reads: "Surprising new relationships, a shocking break-up, a difficult court trial, a heartbreaking goodbye, and a wildfire that threatens the town, bringing some people of Virgin River together while tearing others apart."

Virgin River, which is based on Robyn Carr's series of novels, was recently renewed for a sixth season, though Breckenridge has since confirmed that production has been delayed due to the writers' and actors' strikes.

Virgin River seasons 1-4 are streaming now on Netflix; season 5 will premiere on September 7.
