One Direction fans could have the most bittersweet moment yet on their hands. The band may be forced to reunite with Zayn Malik - but not in the best of circumstances.
All five members of the X Factor boyband have been named in a new High Court lawsuit in Ireland, along with songwriters Jamie Scott, Julian Bunetta and John Ryan.
It might mean that all eight of them have to face a day in court together.
Little is known about the action brought towards them, but the people listed have worked together on numerous tracks for the group, including their hit 'Story of My Life'.
Irish law firm Smyth & Son issued the action for its client David Lewis on September 15, but they have since refused to comment on what the case is, reports the Irish Independent.
Simco - the Simon Cowell-owned production company behind The X Factor - Big Deal Music, a publishing company that John Ryan signed a contract with in 2013; Universal Music Publishing; EMI Music Publishing and Sony Music Entertainment UK were also named in the action.
