Swift will also be joined by Lena Dunham, Hailee Steinfeld, Kendrick Lamar, Paramore's Hayley Williams, Ellie Goulding, Gigi Hadid, Zendaya and Lily Aldridge in the video.
Meanwhile, the singer's close friend Karlie Kloss was confirmed to appear on Tuesday (May 12).
