The visual for 'Bad Blood' will open this year's ceremony at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, May 17.
The video will feature star turns from a number of high profile actors and supermodels, and was directed by Joseph Kahn.
Swift posted a teaser image from the video and revealed that she plays a character called Catastrophe.
'Bad Blood' is the fourth single to be taken from Swift's album 1989, following the release of 'Shake It Off', 'Blank Space' and 'Style' in recent months.

The 2015 Billboard Music Awards will feature performances from Mariah Carey, Ed Sheeran, Nick Jonas and Kelly Clarkson.
Meanwhile, Britney Spears and Iggy Azalea will perform their new duet 'Pretty Girls' for the first time at the ceremony.
The awards will be broadcast live on ABC.
