Captain America: Brave New World is coming next year, and we finally have the first trailer for the MCU movie.
Anthony Mackie's solo debut as Captain America continues on from the events of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. It sees him tasked with forming a new Avengers team by newly-elected US president Thaddeus Ross (Harrison Ford).
First-look images were unveiled for the sequel in April 2024 where exclusive footage was shown at CinemaCon. We've had to wait to see anything, but at least that wait is finally over.
Most excitingly for fans, the trailer ends with a tease of Red Hulk, long rumoured for the movie.

Its release date was taken instead by Deadpool & Wolverine and now that the trailer is out there, you can expect to see it on the big screen attached to the new Deadpool movie.
As well as Mackie, the new movie brings back Carl Lumbly as Isaiah Bradley and Danny Ramirez as Joaquin Torres from the TV show, but there are also unexpected returns from the MCU's past.
Liv Tyler and Tim Blake Nelson are reprising their roles from The Incredible Hulk as Betty Ross and Samuel Sterns, respectively. We saw the latter turn into Leader at the end of The Incredible Hulk, but we've had to wait more than a decade to see the result.

Directed by Julius Onah, Captain America: Brave New World also stars Shira Haas as superhero Sabra, while Giancarlo Esposito, Rosa Salazar, Seth Rollins and Xosha Roquemore have been cast in undisclosed roles.
It was previously described by Mackie as more of a "grounded espionage action movie as opposed to aliens and airplanes coming through portals and shit".
Captain America: Brave New World is released in cinemas on February 14, 2025.
