The Avengers: Age of Ultron director described the new footage - featuring Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard - as "'70s era sexist".
The scene sees Pratt's dinosaur-keeper Owen Grady chat and flirt with Howard's uptight operations manager Claire Dearing.
Responding to a post referencing Chris Pratt's looks in the preview, Whedon wrote: "I'm too busy wishing this clip wasn't '70s era sexist. She's a stiff, he's a life-force - really? Still?"
Jurassic World director Colin Trevorrow has yet to respond to Whedon's comments.
