If you're expecting to see more of Marvel supervillain Thanos in the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy sequel, you might be disappointed.

Marvel producer Kevin Feige has revealed that Thanos won't be the main villain in Guardians of the Galaxy 2, but does have plans for him in the future.

He told Empire (via Comic Book Movie): "I wouldn't look too hard in that movie for Thanos."

He explained: "The next time we see Thanos he will not be messing around. It will be, 'Oh, that's why they've been teasing this villain for five years!'"

But that's not what Bradley Cooper's been saying...

He appeared to confirm that Thanos - played by Josh Brolin - would be a major part of Marvel's superhero sequel and would actually be "the main villain".

It looks like we'll have to wait and see what Feige has in store when shooting kicks of in February.
