If there's one thing we appreciate more than Love Actually, it's ridiculous facts about the film that slightly blow our minds a bit.
Like details about Claudia Schiffer being paid £33,000 a second for her cameo. Or that Hugh Grant and Martine McCutcheon had a snog off screen. And the fact Uncle Jamie's girlfriend Aurelia actually participated in Eurovision in 1996. Yep.

Seven years before the release of arguably the most famous Christmas film of all time in 2003, Aurelia – real name Lúcia Moniz – represented Portugal in the Eurovision Song Contest with song 'My Heart Has No Colour'.
Crazy, right?
She came sixth, with Ireland's entry taking the top spot – and if this isn't a legitimate excuse to bask in old Eurovision YouTube clips for the rest of the evening, we don't know what is.
Oh, but while we've got your attention?
More ridiculous things you didn't know about Lùcia's part in the film include the fact the lake that she and Colin Firth 'swim' in when his book papers fly everywhere was actually only 18 inches deep (so they had to kneel down to make the water appear deeper), and was plagued with mosquitos – not eels.
