Super Bowl Sunday was a busy day for movie trailers and teasers alike, but the one we've been most interested in was the latest look at Avengers: Infinity War.

As we suspect a lot of you know (SPOILERS INCOMING!), everybody's favourite God of Thunder is in need of a new weapon after the loss of his beloved Mjolnir in Thor: Ragnarok.

Fans have been busy speculating what might replace Thor's hammer – with a little help from LEGO, naturally – but now it appears their suspicions have all but been confirmed.

Corroborating what comic book (and LEGO) fans will have already known, Thor can be seen in a small spaceship that has also cropped up with a LEGO tie-in series.

Alongside faithful Guardians Rocket and Groot, it seems as though Thor is successfully on his way to one of the Nine Realms where his earlier weapons were formed.

"There is something pretty exciting coming," he told ET Canada. And not long, perhaps, until we find out for certain...

Avengers: Infinity War is released in cinemas in the UK on April 27, and on May 4 in the US.
