Disney is currently showing off its wares at the big D23 Expo (which is basically its version of Comic Con) and, while they didn't drop a new trailer, we did get this awesome behind the scenes footage.
And, as it turns out, it contains just as much plot info as a regular trailer.
We've analysed it for clues, and we hope you appreciate it, because many Bothans died to bring you this information.
1. Kylo Ren is going to get his mask back
So far, the only footage and imagery we've seen of Kylo Ren in The Last Jedi has been mask-free, leading many fans to speculate that his Vader-influenced look was for The Force Awakens only, and that Ren lost his headgear when the Starkiller Base was decimated.
When Lucasfilm's Pablo Hidalgo was quizzed by one fan about this, he said there would have been "plenty of time" to retrieve the mask when Kylo was rescued.
Looks like Hidalgo was right, either that or Ren has a whole bunch of spares. We catch a glimpse of Driver in full costume in this behind the scenes footage, and get a short look at a whole table full of Kylo masks.

2. The Stormtroopers have a new grabby weapon
Yep, looks like the 'Troopers have yet another big stick that does stuff in The Last Jedi (has anyone thought to give these guys blasters?)
This stick looks like it's for grabbing something big (alien creatures, maybe – possibly one we're about to meet?) and not repelling lightsabers, but we still want to hear them bellowing 'TRAITOR!' while they use it.
3. Some of the new aliens are adorable
LOOK AT HIM. JUST LOOK AT HIM (or her). This looks like the giant 'space horse' we saw leak from the Croatia set March last year.
If so, we'll see Finn and Rey on the back of him (or her) at some point in the film.
It's an astonishing creature, hard to believe this is a practical effect and not CGI.
We really hope those 'Troopers keep their grabby sticks away from our new friend, or we're going to kick off.
4. There's a weird space fox that looks like it's made from glass or something
Another beautiful beast, which looks more like something from the fantasy genre than anything else we've see from a Star Wars set so far – this creature looks more like it's from a Studio Ghibli animation than it does a Lucasfilm production.
5. A significant scene will take place underwater
We've heard of a potential sea planet appearing in The Last Jedi, with a possible 'Sea Star' ship being rumoured to feature in the film.
These latest visuals seem to have confirmed it – seeing as there are a couple of big water-based moments in the footage.
6. The aliens will look as Muppety as ever
This little guy looks like a cross between a denizen of Jabba's palace and Pepe the Prawn from The Muppets and we love him.
It's a small detail, and will probably be a blink-and-you'll-miss-it moment in the film (much like Bobbajo in The Force Awakens), but it's good to see some of this footage's numerous aliens looking so damn Muppety.
7. The Last Jedi WILL have funny bits
So far, everyone's been speculating that The Last Jedi will basically be a remix of Empire Strikes Back, the dark middle section of the trilogy.
But this footage suggests there'll at least be some lightness – these happy-looking turtle-faced dudes seem to be making Kathy Kennedy laugh at least.
8. There will be a tonne of aliens
We can't stress this enough: there will be a LOT of aliens in The Last Jedi, almost certainly more than The Force Awakens, going by this footage.
We're intrigued by this cross between a triceratops, aardvark and a sexy lady, which isn't a sentence we expected to be writing today.
9. Some of the FX that look CGI will actually be practical
These little dudes so totally look like they're CGI creatures, it's hard to believe we're seeing them sat on some special-FX expert's workshop bench.
If we had to guess what this guy is, we'd say it's our first look at a Convoree, the bird beasts that live on Ahch-To with Luke.
We've heard a lot about them, we think this is our first look at them.
10. Finn will go undercover in the First Order
Another rumour confirmed.
"We have heard multiple leaks and rumours that Finn would be sporting a First Order outfit to infiltrate the First Order under the command of the resistance," YouTuber Mike Zeroh said in April this year.
"He's essentially going undercover to retrieve some form of intel that could be very valuable to the Resistance."
Looks like that leak was pretty spot on!
11. There'll be a surreal sequence in a casino
This must be our first look at the casino planet Canto Bight, which is rumoured to be the location for a sequence that's been compared to the cantina scene from A New Hope. We're pretty sure we're seeing footage from that scene on this monitor.
It looks very weird, very surreal – and a little bit different to anything we've seen in Star Wars before, design-wise.
If we were betting men (and it is a casino, after all) we'd suggest the Muppety little dude we mentioned earlier is also in this sequence.
As for the place itself, writer/director Rian Johnson describes Canto Bight as a "playground for rich assholes".
Lucasfilm exec Pablo Hidalgo said: What we're going to see in The Last Jedi are some people who have managed to carve out a life for themselves where they can live apart from the galactic struggle. They found a way to live above it or beyond it.
"There's a class of wealthy that have helped build all sorts of loopholes in society that will always ensure that they'll survive or even thrive no matter what else is happening out there."
We'd wager we meet a LOT of them in this scene.
