Iron Man would be absolutely no help to Peter Parker in Spider-Man: Homecoming without his trusty right-hand man.

We're not talking about JARVIS. The reboot of the Spider-Man franchise is actually bringing back Iron Man actor Jon Favreau (via Variety).

Favreau kick-started the Marvel Cinematic Universe by directing the first two Iron Man solo movies - and also backed Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr) as the billionaire's loyal driver/partner-in-heroism Happy Hogan.

We haven't seen Happy Hogan working with Tony since Iron Man 3 - long before Ultron invaded and Marvel's heroes erupted into a Civil War. What's he been up to while his boss was busy throwing down with Cap?

Spider-Man: Homecoming is already shaping up to be one of the most exciting movies ever - with Spidey and Iron Man tangling with The Vulture, the Tinkerer and possibly even Shocker.

Marvel's coming-of-age action-adventure movie Spider-Man: Homecoming slings into cinemas on July 7, 2017.
