The central conflict of Captain America: Civil War is essentially over whether superheroes can be trusted to act on their initiative.

The latest Kill Count video by YouTuber Mr Sunday Movies gives a compelling argument that Cap shouldn't be trusted to act alone - not if we don't want thousands of people to die.
