Sophie Turner will be making her X-Men debut as Jean Grey in X-Men Apocalypse - but the original portrayer of the mutant wouldn't mind reprising the role.
Famke Janssen, who starred in the first three films, said that she'd love to appear alongside Turner as the older version of the character, before arguing that sexism means it will probably never happen.
"It's not the first time obviously that it's happened," she told Entertainment Weekly Radio. "In the X-Men series, they've been doing this for years.
"Although women: it's interesting because they're replaced and the older versions - or more mature, whatever the politically correct version of that is - are never to be seen again. Whereas the men are allowed to be both ages. Sexism.
"I think that I should be back along with my younger version and the way that we've seen it with Magneto (Patrick Stewart / James McAvoy) and Professor X (Ian McKellen / Michael Fassbender)."
While we very much agree with Janssen about the rampant sexism in Hollywood, does she have a point with X-Men specifically?

Days of Future Past was a time-travelling movie, whereas Apocalypse is very much not. So creatively, could an older Jean Grey pop up next to Sophie Turner? Obviously if the story made sense for it to happen, such a meeting would be cool. But it shouldn't be shoe-horned in.
That said, Janssen added she was "really excited" about seeing Turner as Jean Grey.
"She emailed me before she started filming, wanting some pointers," she recalled. "And I said, 'You don't need any. You're perfect. You're great'. So I can't wait to see the movie and what she's done with it."
