Beady-eyed viewers will have known from watching the closing credits of Ant-Man last year that he was set to make an appearance in Civil War – and a clip has now surfaced of his first meeting with Captain America in the upcoming superhero blockbuster.
At the end of Ant-Man, we saw Captain America (Chris Evans) and his buddy Falcon (Anthony Mackie) hanging out with a trapped Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan) in a dank basement.
"How about another recruit?" asks Cap at the start of the clip, which premiered to the pubic on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night, when the US chat show host was joined by Stan, Paul Rudd, Evans and Mackie.
The clip then shows Jeremy Renner's Hawk Eye open a van to reveal a sleeping Scott Lang, who jumped up and got star struck shaking the hand of a composed Cap.
"I know you, too," he excitedly exclaimed to Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen), standing behind the group.
See Ant-Man crawling into more action when Marvel's Captain America: Civil War is released on April 29.
