Another Simple Favour has been a hit for Prime Video with the thriller sequel currently the most-watched movie worldwide on the streaming service.
If you've already seen Stephanie and Emily's latest twisty mystery, you might have been left scratching your head, especially if you haven't recently watched A Simple Favour.
Freshly out of prison, Emily (Blake Lively) surprisingly shows up at Stephanie's (Anna Kendrick) book reading to ask her to be the maid of honour at Emily's upcoming wedding to Italian gangster Dante (Michele Morrone) in Capri.
It doesn't take long for the wedding to go off the rails when a body shows up and, what's worse, Emily's estranged mother Margaret (Elizabeth Perkins) and her aunt Linda (Allison Janney) show up to the wedding too.
They're far from the only twists in the sequel, so if you got a bit lost, we're here to help by delving into the ending of Another Simple Favour to explain all, including who the killer is.
Major spoilers ahead if you haven't seen the movie yet.

Another Simple Favour ending explained: Who killed Sean and Dante?
We'll cut to the chase. It was Charity – Hope and Faith's triplet sister – who killed both Sean and Dante.
But wasn't Charity a still-born? You're right. That's what we were told in the first movie anyway when Stephanie discovered that Emily was actually called Hope and she was a triplet.
Talking to The Hollywood Reporter, co-writer Jessica Sharzer explained the retcon from the first movie.
"One of the things Blake loved the most about the first movie was getting to play those twins who are identical but so different in every way. There was a real appetite for how do we do that again when that sister died," she noted.
"Because there had been this plant of triplets in the first movie, we were looking for a way to bring back that third sister we never met and find a way to explain how she is somehow still alive."
Margaret wasn't technically lying when she told Stephanie about Charity being still-born. It's what she thought as it was her sister Linda who took Charity at birth and tricked Margaret into thinking Charity was dead.
Linda then raised Charity as her own, using her as part of her scams where she conned men and then killed them once she had their money. Emily's wedding opened up another opportunity for a scam as Linda discovered that Emily's marriage to Dante was all a sham.
Dante is actually in love with his mob rival Matteo (Lorenzo de Moor), something Emily has known about since she met him when they were younger. Emily agreed to marry Dante so that his secret could remain undiscovered and in return, Dante's lawyers got her out of prison.
Linda was blackmailing Emily for $20 million to keep the secret, but she refused to cooperate, so Linda brought Charity into play. Before the wedding, Charity drugged Emily and took her place, before killing Dante at the reception and framing Stephanie.
Since Dante ripped up his prenup before the wedding, Emily was set to inherit a lot of money and since 'Emily' was Charity, Linda would benefit too. (It's not clear what they'd have done with Emily – probably killed her or kept her permanently drugged and locked up.)
Margaret almost ruins the entire plan by revealing to Linda that she saw Charity at the wedding, giving Linda no choice but to kill her sister by smothering her with a pillow.
Stephanie escapes from the hotel room where she's being kept under house arrest, but she's abducted by Dante's mother Portia who believes she killed her son. Emily – having escaped her own abduction – saves Stephanie and plans to expose Linda and Charity.
Charity and Linda are a step ahead though, taking Emily's son Nicky hostage. Linda thinks she can get Charity to kill Emily, but has underestimated how much she loves her sister.
After all, Charity killed Sean earlier to 'help' Emily as Sean was planning to get full custody of Nicky. "I saved you from Sean and tonight, I'll save you from Dante too," she tells her.
After a struggle, Charity kills Linda and just so you know she's really dead, Charity pushes Linda over the cliffside and her body hits the cliff multiple times on the way down.
Because of her love for her sister, Charity is convinced by Emily to pose as her and confess to all of her crimes, leading to 'Emily' being put back in prison again, while Emily goes into hiding in Italy.
Emily asks Stephanie for a "simple favour" to raise Nicky until she can see him again. Emily soon has her own "simple favour" to fulfil as the final scene of Another Simple Favour sees her visited by Portia with a mysterious request.
We don't find out what that is, so we'll just have to wait until there's another movie. Yet Another Simple Favour, maybe?
Another Simple Favour is now available to watch on Prime Video.
