Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight trilogy has found a new streaming home in the UK.

Consisting of Batman Begins, The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight Rises, all three movies are now available to watch on Amazon Prime Video UK with a subscription.

While Batman Begins was already available on the streaming service, the trilogy was completed this weekend after Prime Video added The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight Rises to its library.

Starring Christian Bale as the Caped Crusader, 2005's Batman Begins tells the story of Batman's creation from his childhood to his training in Asia and subsequent return to Gotham City.

"I took huge pride in having been in any way involved with this great performance, this legacy. He was an extraordinary person and an extraordinary actor," he said in an interview with BBC Radio 1.

"For him to be recognised in that way, I think, it was very meaningful for his family and meaningful, I think, for film history that what he contributed... be marked in that way."

I've seen a lot of people try to imitate it since; you never knew whether he was going to go high or he was going to go low, you never knew what that guy was going to do, and that was what was terrifying about him."
