As if Marvel fans didn't have enough to be excited about with the release of Deadpool & Wolverine, Pedro Pascal has shared the first photo of The Fantastic Four cast assembling.
Ahead of filming starting next week, he shared a photo on Instagram with Vanessa Kirby, Ebon Moss-Bachrach and Joseph Quinn together in London, along with a separate photo of director Matt Shakman.
"Our first mission," Pascal wrote on the post, which obviously had Marvel fans wishing they were in the same room.

Interestingly, fans had expected the stars to make an appearance at Comic-Con during Saturday's (July 27) big Marvel Studios panel.
The fact they're already in London could rule out an in-person appearance, although we'd be surprised if there wasn't some kind of on-set video if that is the case.

It's possible that filming starting so close to Comic-Con ruled out them being in San Diego. Marvel Studios boss Kevin Feige previously that they "start shooting the Monday after Comic-Con".
"I'm extremely excited because those characters are mainstays, are legendary pillars of the Marvel Universe that we've never gotten to play with or explore in any significant way," he added.

We don't know too much about The Fantastic Four and their MCU debut, other than it'll be be set in the 1960s – but maybe not our 1960s.
Outside of the main group, the movie also stars Julia Garner as Shalla-Bal, aka Silver Surfer, and Ralph Ineson as Galactus. John Malkovich, Natasha Lyonne and Paul Walter Hauser are also in the cast, but we don't know who they're playing yet.
Marvel fans have been speculating about Lyonne's character though, with a main theory being that she's playing Alicia Masters, the girlfriend of Ben Grimm.
Perhaps we'll get some official confirmation at Comic-Con, even if the cast aren't there.
The Fantastic Four is released in cinemas on July 25, 2025.
