The Fantastic Four: First Steps has now landed on Disney+, meaning a whole new audience can watch the biggest MCU movie of the year if they didn't fancy seeing it at the cinema.
As ever, there are credit scenes to enjoy and we can confirm that there's two credit scenes to enjoy. One comes after the animated part of the credits and is very pivotal to the future, while the other comes after the credits and is more of a gag.
But if you missed either scene or just want to know what happened in them, then we're about to go into full spoilers for The Fantastic Four post-credit scenes.
What happens in The Fantastic Four: First Steps post-credit scenes?
The first credit scene cuts to four years after the events of the movie, with Sue reading to Franklin who is now five years old.
She temporarily leaves the room to find a new book to read, and when she comes back, Franklin is looking at a mysterious person who's just come into the room. He's wearing a green cloak and we don't see their face.
However, even though they don't say anything, it's clear that this is Doctor Doom with confirmation coming from the soundtrack: 'Doom?', composed by Alan Silvestri, who has been confirmed for both Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars.
What to Read Next
It's likely Robert Downey Jr under the cloak too, given that director Matt Shakman confirmed that the scene was directed by Anthony and Joe Russo directed one of them on set of Doomsday (via ComicBook.com).
We don't see how Sue reacts to this arrival or if she already knew Doctor Doom, so we'll have to wait until Doomsday arrives to see how this pans out.
The end credit scene doesn't follow up on this scene, and instead just gives us the title sequence for the in-universe Fantastic Four cartoon as they take on the Red Ghost. HERBIE turns off the TV before we see the whole episode though.
How does The Fantastic Four post-credit scene set up Avengers: Doomsday?
It's such a brief scene that we can't gather too much about what Doctor Doom's plans are for Franklin, and whether he manages to take him away from Sue.
We're told during the movie that Franklin is a "being of infinite power" and if the MCU version is the same as the comics, that includes being able to wrap reality and even create his own pocket universe.
We know from the Thunderbolts* post-credit scene that the Fantastic Four's ship, the Excelsior, finds its way to the main universe. We didn't see who was on it, but it could well be the team fleeing from their universe to hide from Doctor Doom.
Equally, they could be on their way to Earth-616 in order to find Franklin, if Doctor Doom kidnaps him and takes him to the main universe.
We'll have to wait until Avengers: Doomsday arrives next December to find out exactly what Doctor Doom has planned for Franklin. It wouldn't be too much of a stretch to assume it won't work out well for everybody though.
The Fantastic Four: First Steps is available to watch now on Disney+.
