Godzilla Minus One is getting a black and white re-release after its success at the box office.
The film, which is unconnected to the Warner Bros. cinematic universe of films featuring the destruction-prone lizard like Kong: Skull Island, Godzilla: King of the Monsters and Godzilla vs. Kong, landed a 100% fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes and earned 4.4 billion yen (£24.3 million) in Japan after release.
Now, after a UK premiere date of December 15, the film is set to be released again in Japan with a black-and-white-version in 340 theatres from January 12, 2024.
