Eternals star Barry Keoghan and Catch-22's Christopher Abbott appear in a first look at their new movie Bring Them Down.
The Irish thriller, which marks Chris Andrews' directorial feature debut, follows Abbott's character Michael, the last son of a shepherding family who lives with his sickly father Ray (Colm Meaney).
Michael is burdened by a terrible secret and has isolated himself from the world, but when a conflict with rival farmer Gary (Paul Ready) and his son Jack (Barry Keoghan) escalates, he is forced to face the horrors of his past, permanently altering the lives of both families.

The first still sees Keoghan and Abott in action as Jack and Michael, looking solemn as Keoghan's character sits in the back of red truck with what appears to be some dried blood on his face.
Bring Them Down also stars Nora-Jane Noone (Brooklyn) and Susan Lynch (Happy Valley).
The project was first announced back in 2021, though Normal People's Paul Mescal and Strike actor Tom Burke had originally been tipped to star.

Keoghan recently won the award for Best Supporting Actor at the BAFTAs for his role in Martin McDonagh's The Banshees of Inisherin, a comedy in which he stars alongside Colin Farrell and Brendan Gleeson.
Meanwhile, the Oscar-nominated actor was recently cast in a film about infamous Irish outlaw Billy the Kid.
"We've seen many versions of Billy the Kid on screen before," Keoghan told Deadline. "My interest was in trying to tell a version that breaks from the façade of that cool, calm, and collected gunslinger Billy the Kid that we're all used to seeing. I wanted to humanise him in a way."
Bring Them Down is yet to receive a release date.
