Snowpiercer might be coming to an end, but fans of Mickey Sumner have a brand new opportunity to see her on the big screen.
Sumner plays Bess Till in the hit Netflix show based on Bong Joon-ho's 2013 film, and is now set to star alongside Elizabeth Banks in A Mistake.
A synopsis of the movie, via Cornerstone Film, teases the drama ahead: "Elizabeth is a gifted surgeon – the only female consultant at her hospital. But while operating on a young woman, something goes horribly wrong.

As reported by Deadline, Sumner will play Elizabeth's partner. The character is a nurse at the hospital, and doesn't necessarily stick by Elizabeth when things start going downhill.
Sounds like Sumner's new role won't be quite as loyal as Bess Till.

Snowpiercer has announced that its upcoming fourth season will be its last, and that it started production in the summer.
At the end of season three, Bess had opted to stay aboard the Snowpiercer while Layton's Big Alice crew made it to the Horn of Africa. With an ending scene showing a missile exploding at uncomfortably close range to the Snowpiercer, season four will likely start with a lot of action.
Meanwhile, Elizabeth Banks' next film, Cocaine Bear, is due to premiere in February, with the multitalented star working on the project as director and co-producer.
A Mistake is yet to receive a release window. Snowpiercer airs on TNT in the US. UK viewers can catch up with each season on Netflix.
