Bros director Nicholas Stoller has broken down *that* legendary Will and Grace star cameo.
Co-written by and starring Billy Eichner, the LGBTQ+ rom-com follows two men with commitment problems as they stumble into a relationship with each other.
If the history-making cast isn't enough to get you on board, then Debra Messing's hilarious cameo in which she delivers Eichner's character Bobby with a rant for the ages surely will be.

Speaking exclusively to Digital Spy about how the cameo was brought to life, Stroller explained: "That was something where, from the very beginning, we were like, 'If [Bobby] works for this museum, they'd probably be raising money from allies.'
"She just popped into both our heads early on. We were like, 'It has to be Debra Messing.' He reached out to her. He knows her from 'it's Debra Messing, you gays' – that bit on Billy on the Street. And she said yes."
After some pandemic-related delays and over a year later, Eichner and Stroller posed the question to Messing again, and thankfully, she was still up for the cameo.
"She was fantastic," he continued. "She had apparently never cursed before in anything, which is very funny. As a comedy fan, I was very weirdly nervous and excited to work with her, because she's such a legend."
Stroller also talked about some scenes that were eventually cut from the film because they didn't fit the tone.
He said: "We shot two sequences that were hysterical that just didn't fit into the movie. One of them was tonally too broad for the movie. You figure out the tone as you're cutting it.
"It was this sequence that was… it was the Pride parade. And in the Pride parade – Luke is watching the Pride parade, and waving to Billy.
"And there are these guys who we call the 'gay Twitter witches', who start assaulting Billy with their tweeting, and then Luke picks a fight with them, and it turns into this massive Pride fight where the lesbians are fighting, and there's a group of bored gays who are like, 'Where are we going next?' And there's a straight family that gets punched [laughs]. It was a cool sequence."
Bros is out now in cinemas.
