It's been a long time since the Sanderson sisters have caused mayhem, but after 29 years, the 17th-century wicked witches are back in an all-new Halloween adventure with Hocus Pocus 2, which is out now on Disney+.
The comedy sequel to 1993's Hocus Pocus sees the return of original cast members Sarah Jessica Parker (Sex and the City), Bette Midler (The First Wives Club) and Kathy Najimy (Sister Act), as well as Doug Jones (Star Trek: Discovery) who reprises his role as Billy Butcherson.
The plot follows three high-school students who accidentally resurrect the Sanderson sisters and must stop them from wreaking havoc on present-day Salem before dawn on All Hallow's Eve.

Hocus Pocus 2 is out now and available for Disney+ subscribers. If you're not subscribed to Disney+, you can sign up for £7.99 per month, or £79.90 per year.

Hocus Pocus 2 is directed by Anne Fletcher (Dumplin') and also stars Whitney Peak, Lilia Buckingham and Belissa Escobedo as the three students responsible for conjuring the witches.
Tony Hale and Sam Richardson also star, with appearances from RuPaul's Drag Race queens Ginger Minj, Kahmora Hall and Kornbread Jeté, who will portray impersonators of the witches Winifred, Mary and Sarah.

Fans of Hocus Pocus may also be pleased to know that the Sanderson sisters will be back performing more cover songs of popular musical numbers, following their memorable 'I Put a Spell On You' performance in the original.
