Doctor Strange himself Benedict Cumberbatch is sticking with the sci-fi genre for director Justin Kurzel's next outing.
Titled Morning, the movie also stars Big Little Lies actress Laura Dern and Noah Jupe, who most recently dealt with a silent world of monsters in A Quiet Place Part II (via The Hollywood Reporter).
Taking place in the near future, Morning follows a society where sleep is rendered obsolete thanks to a pill.

"With the added help of an artificial sun, there is finally no end to morning daylight, living and work. But as a young generation grows up deprived of the world of sleep, is it time for them to rebel and reclaim their dreams?" teases a synopsis.

Back in 2019, bushranger drama The True History of the Kelly Gang featured the likes of Russell Crowe, Charlie Hunnam, George MacKay and Nicholas Hoult.
Meanwhile, Cumberbatch recently admitted that his non-binary Zoolander 2 cameo "backfired". He said: "There was a lot of contention around the role, understandably now. And I think in this era, my role would never be performed by anybody other than a trans actor.
"But I remember at the time not thinking of it necessarily in that regard, and it being more about two dinosaurs, two heteronormative clichés not understanding this new diverse world. But it backfired a little bit."
