Taylor Swift's folklore is one of the biggest albums of the year, and very soon you'll be able to experience in a unique way via Disney+.
The singer recorded the album remotely with help from The National's Aaron Dessner, Bleachers' Jack Antonoff, and Bon Iver's Justin Vernon. In September, Swift, Dessner and Antonoff reunited to film folklore: the long pond studio sessions, giving fans the ultimate cabin in the woods experience that the album is all about.

The new release is part documentary, part 'intimate concert film', and will see the trio perform all 17 songs in the order they are on the album (with a special guest appearance from Bon Iver's Justin Vernon), and delve into the creation of and meanings behind each of the tracks.

As you can see in the trailer, there's a lot of talk about the current state of the world and how Taylor used the pandemic to reflect and decide to create something more wistful and escapist.
You won't have to wait long for folkore: the long pond studio sessions to drop on the House of Mouse's streaming service either, as it is being released tomorrow (November 25)!

This year also saw the release of the Taylor Swift documentary Miss Americana to Netflix, which chronicled the singer's life during her Reputation and Lover eras, showing her dealing with the dark side of fame and personal issues, as well as learning to use her voice and platform in order to speak out.
