James Murdoch is returning to Sky as chairman, four years after stepping down following the phone hacking scandal.

The son of Rupert Murdoch will be replacing current chairman Nick Ferguson, who's leaving the company after 12 years

"I am proud to have been asked by the board to serve as chairman of Sky, one of the world's leading pay TV companies," Murdoch said in a statement.
