Sky has been hit by a technical fault in the voting for Sky One show Cirque de Celebrite.
The fault occurred on Sunday night with some votes not being included in the final count.
Sky has apologised to viewers and said it took immediate action the moment the problem was discovered.
Subsequently Cirque contestant ex-footballer Dean Holdsworth - who was voted off on Sunday night - has been invited back on to the programme.
In a statement the broadcaster said: "On Sunday night's Cirque de Celebrité, there was a technical fault with the voting which meant that some of the votes received were not counted towards the final result. Sky is taking immediate action to remedy the situation."
"Voting in Cirque de Celebrité is all about enhancing the viewer experience and all revenues received by Sky as a result of the votes on the show go to charity, " Sky added.
All viewers who voted on Sunday are now being offered a refund, and in addition Sky will donate an amount of money to charity that matches its total revenue from voting on yesterday's show.
