Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis have started legal proceedings against the owner of the Daily Mail.
The couple are suing Associated Newspapers for "wrongful publication of paparazzi photographs of family outings", which included MailOnline pictures of their daughter.
"Ashton and Mila understandably value their private and family life, and in particular their personal time with their daughter," their lawyer Paul Tweed said in a statement (via The Hollywood Reporter).
"Like any other family they should be allowed to enjoy family outings without being pursued by photographers."
Tweed added: "They have made it clear that they do not agree to the publication of photographs of such occasions."
The claim cites breaches of the Data Protection Act and misuse of private information.
