The Phoenix has released a preview of issue #97.
The latest sneak peek from the kids anthology comic gives a first look at the new Dan Boultwood-illustrated strip 3 & A Dog.
"A modern take on the Famous Five, we meet siblings Lizzie, Kat, Buzz and devoted dog Mrs Nibbles in 'Episode One: Sparrowatch's Gold'," said The Phoenix.
"What adventure is in store for them as they set sail with an old sea captain on the open sea?
"Also this week we have a dragon disaster in Bunny vs Monkey, the origin of the sun in Hey Dr Smarty Pants, a gripping Lost Tale, part two of the 'River of No Return' with Charlie Small, a tummy-tickling conclusion to Evil Emperor Penguin's fishing trip, a grumpy caterpillar in Gary's Garden, an angry Athena in Useleus and an uninvited guest in The Dangerous Adventures of Von Doogan."
Boultwood has been writing and illustrating It Came! at Titan Comics.
