The Phoenix has revealed a preview of issue #83.
The comic includes Daniel Hartwell and Karen Rubins' four-page, done-in-one story Chatterbox.

"Well... in this week's issue of The Phoenix, there is something much more terrifying awaiting you in a little bejewelled box.
"Keep your ears alert for some terrifying chattering and keep your taste buds ready for some lip-smackingly delicious cheery pie... every child's midnight snack dreams will be realised in this brilliant tale, but so will their spooky nightmares!"
The issue also includes the beginning of a new Zara's Masterpiece storyline, as well as the continuing adventures of Bunny vs Monkey, Haggis and Quail, Troy Trailblazer and The Dangerous Adventures of Von Doogan. Samuel Pepys is interviewed in Corpse Talk, and there is a board game from Kate Brown.
