Starting at 2am BST tomorrow (June 22), players will be able to download the latest Xbox One Preview, which features a couple of important new features.

Secondly, the update will feature a change to the billing process for pre-orders. At the moment, confirming a pre-order immediately deducts funds from the user's account. 'No more,' says Microsoft. Under the new system, charges may only be incurred within ten days of a game's release, preventing the annoying process of refunds if you change your fickle gamer mind.
Take note of the word 'may' in that sentence. There may still be circumstances where money is whipped from your digital wallet without delay. What exactly those are remains unseen.
