Forza Motorsport 6 has been confirmed for a holiday 2015 launch by Microsoft.
Microsoft's Alan Greenberg confirmed the planned launch period in the latest Inner Circle podcast (via Videogamer).
Greenberg said that the game would launch this holiday season alongside Halo 5: Guardians, Fable Legends and Rise of the Tomb Raider.
Greenberg also said that other unannounced titles would launch during the same period.
Microsoft and Turn 10 Studios announced Forza Motorsport 6 for Xbox One by earlier this year.
The news was revealed alongside the worldwide debut of the all-new Ford GT, which will be used as the cover car for the racing game sequel.
During the same podcast, Greenberg said that Microsoft would approach this year's E3 gaming expo differently.
