The Sims 4 has received a new update from EA Maxis.

Available now, the latest patch for the life simulation title introduces the addition of pools.

A series first, players can place windows on the walls of pools and adjust the depth of pools by modifying wall heights.

Users can also build pools on the ground level, on the second floor and even on the roof.

Instead of swimming, Sims have the option of sitting along the pool ledge and chatting with other characters that are in the pool.

Death by drowning is possible as well, and the resulting ghost may be a little more wary of water than before.
