If you're looking for something to fill your horror game gap on Xbox One and PS4, fear not, Resident Evil is here to save the day. 

Capcom is releasing all three of the latest Resident Evil games on the new-gen consoles - that's Resident Evil 4, Resident Evil 5 and Resident Evil 6 to the uninitiated.

Each game has been given its own launch window, with Resident Evil 6 launching on March 29. 

Resident Evil 5 is next, arriving sometime in the summer, followed by the eldest game, Resident Evil 4, in the autumn.

All games will retail for £15.99 and include all post-launch DLC, including the costumes originally only available through ResidentEvil.net.

The trio of Resident Evil games will only be sold digitally, apart from in the Americas where physical discs will be made available. 

There's no word on whether these games have had any graphical revamping or new-gen tweaking at all - but Capcom did just remaster the original Resident Evil and Resident Evil 0, so hopefully they're not just straight ports.
