Is the PS4 getting a price drop in Europe later this week?

The PS4 will receive a price drop in Europe later this week, if reports are to be believed.

Retailers are promoting a €50 (£36) discount, reducing the console to €349 starting October 21, according to All Games Beta.

It was added that Sony is expected to mention the price drop during its Paris Games Week event, despite it happening one week later on October 28.

The PS4 recently saw an official price cut in North America, seeing a similar discount of $50.

It was previously revealed that the PS4 has as much as a 90% market share in some parts of Europe.
