Kingdom Hearts 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue has just been given an action-packed new gameplay trailer and release month.
The Kingdom Hearts collection FINALLY makes its debut in December.

That's according to the stunning new trailer, which blends gameplay elements with in-game cinematics. It also sheds some light on the mysterious Foretellers.

Final Chapter Prologue bundles three Kingdom Hearts titles into one package. It features an HD remake of the Nintendo 3DS game Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance, as well as Kingdom Hearts Chi: Back Cover.

Also included is Kingdom Hearts 0.2: Birth By Sleep - A Fragmentary Passage, which is described as a 'completely new playable episode' that takes place after Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep and links to the story of Kingdom Hearts 3.
Kingdom Hearts Chi: Back Cover, meanwhile, is a new movie that tells the story of those Foretellers we mentioned. This will connect the earliest parts of the series' history, so hopefully Kingdom Hearts 3 will make a bit more sense.
And speaking of Kingdom Hearts 3, the game is in development for Xbox One and PS4, but is currently without a release date.
