It seems that Destiny 2 is getting a brand new writer in the form of the ex-lead writer on Halo 4

After spending the last couple of years at BioWare Edmonton working on the upcoming Mass Effect: AndromedaChristopher Schlerf, former Halo 4 lead writer, has joined Bungie to work on what's presumably Destiny 2.

With Destiny 2 recently pushed back to 2017, it's likely Schlerf is lending his talents to help tidy up the sequel's story.

After all, the popular concensus is that the original Destiny storyline wasn't quite up to scratch.

"To confirm what some folks asked about a few months back, I am no longer working on ME:A at BioWare Montreal," Schlerf announced on Twitter.

"Sincerely one of the best experiences of my career – I'm incredibly grateful to have worked with such talented and truly wonderful human beings.
