By The duo, who got engaged on the season finale of the ABC show on Monday (August 5), took to their respective Instagram pages to upload photographs of themselves enjoying a day in the sunshine.
"First beach day together! #love," Hartsock captioned her picture, while Siegfried uploaded another with the words: "Enjoying the beach!"
Elsewhere during the date, Hartsock showed her fans a picture of the beach apparently taken from behind her sunglasses, saying: "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder #sunset."
Meanwhile, Siegfried had earlier this week shared some fun the pair had in a photobooth, with a picture in which they can be seen sticking their tongues out and kissing.
"Just had such a great time today in NYC with my lady!" he said.
Hartsock revealed on the After The Final Rose special that she is planning to move in with Siegfried in Seattle this weekend, with the duo reportedly hoping to tie the knot next summer.

They also recently told reporters that they have already planned a date in which they will explore Seattle together, with Hartsock saying: "We don't need the mountains and the helicopters, we just need the good conversations and the time together."
