It didn't look good for Jon as the credits rolled, and showrunners David Benioff and Dan Weiss have heaped further misery on fans by insisting that he is dead and will not return for season six next year.
However, the Mother of Dragons has other ideas, and thinks that there's still hope for Jon despite what fans have been told.
Clarke told MTV: "Seriously I can with all honesty say that I have no idea what's happening. If I had to bet, I'd say there's, like, a 50/50 chance [of Jon Snow returning].
