CBS is canceling police drama Battle Creek, Stalker and The McCarthys, as well as dropping the Bryan Cranston-penned pilot Sneaky Pete.
Two of those projects come from House MD creator David Shore, who worked with Breaking Bad's Vince Gilligan on Battle Creek and Cranston on Sneaky Pete.
Battle Creek starred Josh Duhamel and Dean Winters as police officers whose conflicting personalities resulted in a rocky partnership.
The highly-anticipated series made its debut on CBS in March, but failed to catch on with a large audience.
Sneaky Pete was a crime drama with Giovanni Ribisi in the title role as a charming conman just out of jail.
'Sneaky Pete' (Ribisi) fooled his cellmate's family into bringing him aboard their bail bonds business, where he could catch criminals far worse than himself.

Stalker was developed for CBS by Kevin Williamson, whose Fox drama The Following was also cancelled earlier today (May 8).
Dylan McDermott, Maggie Q and Mariana Klaveno portrayed a division of the LAPD tasked with tracking down violent stalkers in Williamson's series, which premiered last October.
Another casualty today was The McCarthys, a family comedy which was pulled from CBS's lineup in the middle of its first season in February.
Earlier this week, CBS officially picked up its Supergirl pilot, a new Criminal Minds spinoff and television reboots of the films Rush Hour and Limitless.
