Kiernan Shipka has teased how the second season of The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina will continue to play out mysteries about the witch's life.
The series stars Shipka in the title role and follows Sabrina's journey through her teenage years as she comes to learn about the dark magical forces at work in the world, whilst also juggling high-school crushes and family issues.

Chatting to Digital Spy recently, Shipka offered hints as to where the next series will find its drama.
"Sabrina's family history is definitely really interesting," she explained. "She was raised by her aunts Hilda and Zelda – Miranda Otto and Lucy Davis in this were just wonderful. Before that, Sabrina's history is that her father Edward, who was huge in his community, who was the high priest of the Church of Night, married a mortal woman.
"It was a big controversy. And Sabrina never knew them because after she was born they died in a plane crash. And that's what she's been told and there's a little bit of suspicion around that claim. It doesn't feel right or accurate."
She further added: "Over the course of the season Sabrina and the audience, you're going to learn a lot more about her family and ways in which they have done things behind her back. And it's an interesting journey that even at episode 10 isn't fully uncovered; it's sort of an ongoing thing.
"There's definitely a big history and a lot of mystery in what went on with her parents and things they did and who she is as a person and as a witch."
Meanwhile, the Mad Men star has also shared her excitement regarding a potential crossover with Riverdale – serial killers, mystical arts and drug dealers anyone?
Chilling Adventures of Sabrina will stream exclusively on Netflix from October 26.
