Marvel's Runaways has an official season two launch date, and it's not too far off.
The company have confirmed that the next batch of episodes will drop on December 21 on Hulu in the US, just in time for Christmas.
On top of that, they've given us a first glimpse at season two with a first-look photo of our heroes at the Hollywood Community Centre.
The synopsis reads: "The Runaways have left their homes (and evil parents) behind and now have to learn to live on their own. As they scavenge for food, search for shelter, and take care of one another, our kids begin to realise, for better or worse, they're stuck with each other.
"And it's up to them to take down The Pride once and for all. But someone sent a mysterious message to Jonah... Is there a mole in the Runaways? Meanwhile The Pride is focused on finding their children, and Jonah has his own dangerous plan in mind."
If that wasn't enough, showrunner Stephanie Savage has teased that there will be "a reference" to the Marvel Cinematic Universe later on in the season.
What to Read Next
"That will probably be our first real breadcrumb that connects us to the MCU, in some way," she said (via TVLine). Consider us very excited.
While Runaways may be heading for an MCU reference, one other Marvel show that won't be getting a crossover anytime soon is Cloak & Dagger.
Showrunner Joe Pokaski has said that while he is gunning for one, it likely won't happen, saying: "I think some of the challenge is how fractured the ownership is, still.
"I would love for Peter Parker to walk by, but Sony owns them. You'd like someone from the films to be there, but everything is a little bit segmented."
Marvel's Runaways will return on December 21 on Hulu in the US. Syfy airs the show in the UK.
