Lord of the Rings alumni Cate Blanchett didn't realise Orlando Bloom was in the movies, despite filming with him in New Zealand all those years ago.
Speaking on The Late Late Show with James Corden in London, Cate explained that she didn't recognise Orlando due to Legolas' elaborate costume.
Cate, who's married to Australian playwright Andrew Upton, said: "I was only there for three weeks and I didn't recognise you for two weeks."
Orlando, who is back dating Katy Perry again, replied: "You gave me a very special bow and I look after it." (That's the Bow of Lothlorien FYI, Middle Earth fans.)
Cate added: "The first time I saw you, you had hair, like Fabio [Lanzoni] hair, blue eyes and then I [saw] you, who is this really cute guy out of drama school at the parties and I didn't put two and two together."
Elsewhere in the chat, the Pirates of the Caribbean actor revealed his crush on Cate, saying: "I had such a crush, well Legolas has a crush – then I had the biggest crush ever."

Cate assumed Orlando meant his Legolas had a thing for her character, Galadriel, the Elven Lady of the Wood, but he soon clarified: "No, no it was me."
"Oh, I had no idea," she replied, before joking: "This is actually a dating show, isn't it?"
Orlando explained that he was only 21 at the time of time, while Cate was nearer her thirties. "I was just walking around spying on her," he added.
Lord of the Rings is set to return thanks to a new TV show being created by Amazon Studios. The new Middle Earth story is thought to focus on a young Aragorn.
Some veterans of Peter Jackson's movie saga have ruled themselves out of the new production, including the director himself, Gollum actor Andy Serkis and Samwise Gamgee's Sean Astin.
However, Gandalf aka Sir Ian Mckellen isn't ready to give up his classic role just yet, he told The Graham Norton Show: "I haven't said yes because I haven't been asked. But are you suggesting that someone else is going to play it?
"Gandalf is over 7000 years old, so I'm not too old [yet]."
The Late Late Show with James Corden is recording special episodes in London this week, featuring guests including Chris Pratt, Niall Horan and a very special Carpool Karaoke with Paul McCartney.
The Late Late Show with James Corden will show its London episodes on 19 - 22 June 2018 at 10pm on Sky One and NOW TV in the UK, while CBS will air in the US.
