Warning: This article contains spoilers for Grey's Anatomy's latest season 14 episode which aired last night (October 26) in the US.
Grey's Anatomy saw the exit of another series regular only five episodes into the new season.
Before season 14 had even started, Jerrika Hinton, Tessa Ferrer and Marika Dominczyk were all confirmed to be leaving the long-running ABC medical drama, and now it's clear they weren't the last cast members to leave.

The latest episode saw Nathan Riggs (Martin Henderson) and Megan Hunt (Abigail Spencer) moving away to Los Angeles, following an episode that featured flashbacks to their time together in the army when Megan was abducted.
Following the episode, a statement from executive producer Shonda Rhimes confirmed that it was Henderson's final episode as a regular. "I loved that we were able to give Riggs a happy ending worthy of his character and talent," Rhimes said.

"As for Martin, this is not an ending for our relationship. He has been part of the Shondaland family since the pilot of Inside the Box and he will always be family. I can't wait to find a new project to work with him on in the future."
Earlier this month, Grey's Anatomy executive producer Krista Vernoff disappointed fans by revealing that Sandra Oh's Dr Christina Yang isn't returning anytime soon.
