Save room at Christmas! NBC will be bringing lots of comic book and spinoff goodness in the New Year.

The Peacock Network unveiled its new spring programming on Thursday (December 8), which will kick off with the debut of DC Comics show Powerless on Thursday, February 2 at 8.30pm ET.

Unlike the darker DC shows on the other networks (like Arrow and Gotham), Powerless is a sitcom set in the Justice League universe.

Emily Locke (Vanessa Hudgens) is the long-suffering research director at Wayne Security (as in Bruce Wayne), who discovers that you don't need powers in order to be a hero to millions.

The quirky comedy will also bring together Firefly's Alan Tudyk, Community's Danny Pudi and Undateable's Ron Funches as the members of Emily's office crew.

The Blacklist's spinoff Redemption premieres on Thursday, February 23 at 10pm ET, after being set up in a Blacklist episode earlier in 2016.

What to Read Next

It's basically the TV equivalent of the Suicide Squad, as The Blacklist's most notorious villains come together on a government-sanctioned mission of redemption led by Tom Keen (Ryan Eggold) and his mum Scottie Hargrave (Famke Janssen).
